    Hi Guys,

I have a Hotpoint WF220 Washing Machine with no motor action.
It powers on ok with power, door lock and wash lights lit.
No motor action, no fill, then pump kicks in after 30 sec approx.
Power light and Time saver light flash quickly.
Brushes look ok, no motor action on rinse or spin.

    Any advice welcome.

    Thanks.

Moved you to correct forum. 😉

You need to tell us by number from top to bottom which of the five, left hand vertical lights is flashing ingnoring the power light.

Thanks for the quick response 😀

It’s the 4th light from the top in the bank of 5.
    1 : Mini Load.
    2 : Reduce Creases.
    3 : Rinse Hold.
    4 : Time Saver – Flashing.
    5 : Extra Rinse.

    Bad news sadly,

F01. Motor triac short circuit, check all motor and module wiring connections. If no loose contacts the main pcb is at fault. 🙁
