Auto defrost appears not to be working. Build up of ice on internal rear wall. Is it switch off then on or do i need an engineer?

Could be a sensor problem but I’d try defrosting it fully first.

Hi. I have exactly the same problem. There was a build up of ice on the back of the fridge a couple of weeks ago. I removed it and today the red light was flashing and now the fridge has stopped refrigerating. Have you had any joy with yours?
