Neff cooker hood repair control module?

Lights stopped working on my Neff hood, the transformer’s fine and I can hear the relay clicking on the control board but according to my meter I’m only getting 77v to the pri of the transformer. Had a quick look at the control board and there’s what looks like a power transistor or maybe a it’s a triac – looks like it’s got a bit hot so is likely culprit. To cut a long story short – are these boards repairable? If so does anyone here do it?
