The bottom oven will not heat following house fuse tripping. Fan is on, thermostat light is on, but element is not getting warm. Clock is set and top oven works. I would suspect the element needs replacing but upon looking online at the NEff site, this oven has three and I doubt they would all go at the same time. So I guess there may be another part that failed or some kind of fail safe if one goes?

Does anyone have any clues?? Each element is about £50 and the bottom one involves a full remove of the oven, so would rather have some clues 1st. Or buy a new oven??

    Many Thanks

your oven will have different settings. you are using the fan oven setting. If you set it to convection oven ( normal symbol 2 horizontal lines) it should heat and work as an oven
its most likely the fan element at the rear that has failed

Apologies if I posted in the wrong place and thanks for the reply and redirect. It would appear that you were spot on Electrofix, so now just a fan element to buy.
