miele KDN12823S alarm light flashing

MY Miele fridge light has been flashing continuously now of three days. Over the course of time we noticed that the food had gone soft and some like fruit had completely defrosted, yet others were still solid frozen at the same time. I tried many things like pulling out from wall and cleaning the back with vacuum, cleaning drip tray, looking for any vent or broken part but nothing could be seen. I tried the fridge not he lowest setting 1 and pressed super freeze this seemed to help items freeze again. Weirdly some items were freezing but others were still remaining unfrozen! This indicated a serious fault. We obviously had to depose of the food. Now as it stands the super freeze is still frozen the alarm led light still flashing but not beeping and it sort of feels cold enough to see stuff in there frozen but it is definitely not working properly not at the right temperature. Help please, I really have just had so much stuff break down on me this year I can’t take another expensive out lay, although I’m fearing the worst. Any ideas for a fix before I have to succumb to the repair man…
