    Hotpoint LFT 114
    Machine works fine, but Tablet door does not open.
    At the moment we are putting tablet in bottom of machine.

    It’ll be the dispenser that needs to be replaced in order to resolve that, this part:

    That reply looks fairly specific to me, : C00258634 is the part that in ‘most’ circumstances is the cause of this fault and unless you intend to send for a qualified engineer to test the wiring etc, it is the first thing you can change to try and rectify the fault.
