Hello all
Hope someone can shed some light on this
Aeg arctis g 918 alarm going off it did feel cold and very little in it but the food in it was frozen the compressor was running and defrost heater tests ok no ice biuld up the strange thing it was doing was the interior fan would start and then stop with in seconds is this a fan or board fault or do they do this when not at temp?
Please any advise would be appreciated

would look it up but model number does not come up. Really need prod number
