I have a Samsung Ecobubble digital inverter w/mc showing E3 fault. The drum moves erratically at times. It has the brushless motor with belt and is about 3 years old. Any pointers to the cause and remedy of the fault please? Model is WF111 4XBD.

    Some you can recalibrate.
It would be in your manual if you can on yours…

Can you explain what you mean by recalibrate? Is this normal when there is a fault?
Im not sure where the manual is since we moved house last year.

If you go to Samsung’s site & download the relevant instruction manual then it will say in there if your particular model can be recalibrated.

Thankyou Lawrence. Yes that’s correct. I have spoken to them already and they were less than helpful, suggesting that the motor is probably not the cause, and that nothing else has the 10 year guarantee. They just want to charge me a lot of money.
What do you think is the most likely cause of the problem? At times the drum moves perfectly, then other times it sort of vibrates and is unable to turn.
