If it is an IS70C or IS70CS then it is subject to the fire safety recall, have you had the safety modifications done on this appliance? Is water still being pumped up to the container at the top? If the water only appeared as you moved or tilted the dryer then that is normal, there is always a residual amount left in the float chamber.
