    Run s for 5 mins .cuts out water light on .reset and start and then does the same .it gets hot would suggest faulty stats .why I ask is pig of a place to get to at .

    have you taken out the condenser and put your hand to the back to see if its full

    Post is rather difficult to understand TBH.

    Have you actually been to the machine or is your info from the customer/

    Why on earth would check water light suggest a stat fault, what is a pig of a place to get to, the dryer itself, the customers house?????????????

    Sorry i did not make my self clear and wrong forum .ive had a stat fault and it showed water full light on on a previus job awhile ago.the machine is in a very awkward place .condensor box housing dry drainage slot clear.

    Could be a faulty float or sticking micro switch.
