    Hi guys.

I`ve had a customer ring me with the above machine and she says its flashing E20 when the drier is being used. E20 I`m told is a pump fault but she says it works OK during the wash programmes.

I have no idea what the model number is.

I`m due to call on Friday so if anybody has any ideas…..

    Thanks again.

    Chris.

    It’ll be a Zanussi clone.

Probably a blocked pressure bottle ?

If it’s only happening on the dry then it could be the pump cutting out on it’s thermal cut-out as it runs for long periods of time. Check there are no blockages and they have not extended the drain hose. If you go into the fault system when you get there it should give you a more definite fault code like E21, E22, E23.

Also check the dryer condenser duct. 😕 I don’ know why but if the duct is blocked it will come up with a drain error code.
