Going out to a Hoover condenser model DNC D813BB-80 tomorrow, the customer says that every cycle she puts it on displays the correct time but once the start button is pressed it immediately skips to the last 8 minutes, and starts up, but with no heat, so i presume its skipping straight to the final cool down cycle. No error codes displayed
    Anyone had this before ?

Update, its still doing the same, although its displaying error code E14 after a few minutes, the original heater was fine, and so were the stats. So i’m guessing a relay on the pcb sticking ??
