Hi, I have suk91mfx5 which has no neutral to the fan oven elements, am I right in thinking it’s the pcb?

The square one with four connections? Yes that seems OK.

Top and Base elements work fine,
When fan oven is selected I only get both fans and pilot light.

was a common failure once…. 811660001 is the part and a whole lot cheaper than it used to be.
