Hello any pointers appreciated on this. I’ve got to go out to hoover DYN8144D1X.
Customer says machine starts then after a couple of minutes the whole display will go blank and start flashing with option button 1, 2 and 5 flashing. Then she pauses and starts it and gets it going again. I’m thinking control fascia PCB.

1st thing do a insulation check as low insulation under 5meg can cause issues normally the heater can cause odd faults 😕

Thanks for that, had a few issues with hoover machines displaying wrong error codes with low insulation. I went out and checked it, insulation was fine on this occasion but one of the little micro buttons was half stuck in so I’ve ordered new top PCB. I noticed 1, 2 and 5 do flash when paused so should hopefully do the trick.
