    When the machine is switched on from the mains it is dead. If the temperature button and the on/off button are pressed together it comes to life the lights and screen come on but after 5 seconds frezess at 1000 rpm 6 on the screen door locked indicator on and the door is locked
    How do I reprogram this machine.

    You can’t reprogram the machine.. There maybe a fault that could be repaired but you would need an engineer who knows samsung appliances to look at it.
