    I posted my problem earlier but forgot to mention the Model Number..
    I just wanted to know how I can change or reset this Chip.
    It’s mentioned that it’s on the side under the plastic flap ..
    Please help ..

    It’s NOT a chip but a simple reed switch that sits in the middle of the water matrix. Easily accessible by removing the left side panel.
