    Usual washing programme selected, but the ‘RINSE HOLD’ light appears and start button flashes before the programme gets to the conditioner/rinse programme, not allowing any buttons to be selected or unable to open the door.

    I have let the water out from the hose on the bottom panel, put it to spin. Worked. But same thing happens next time.

    Any suggestions please?

    pump jammed? pump problem? One half of the inlet valve solenoid has failed?
