Hi I have the above fridge freezer, the freezer is working fine but the fridge section will not chill below 10degrees even if I use the fast chill. I have turned the fridge off and left overnight but no change, please help. Thanks

The fan will be frozen in the fridge.
It would take at least 48 hours with the doors open and turned off to defrost.
Use the search on this site to find the reason and cure for the problem as a defrost would only be a temporary fix.
