    Email just in

    Good morning.

I am delighted to confirm that as of today (02/11/2017), First4Service will be assisting Whirlpool with nationwide repairs of semi commercial appliances. The main substance of which will be ice makers and semi-commercial washing machines. We have been advised that these will be within a mixture of domestic and commercial premises.

We have agreed with Whirlpool that we will endeavour to complete a visit where possible within 48 hours of accepting the job. A £10 per job bonus will be paid where this target has been met. Where this may not be possible, we insist on contact and communication with the customer to explore other satisfactory arrangements.

We have taken delivery of spare parts for these appliances in preparation for this contract. This order was generated based upon parts use infomation gathered throughout the past 12 months. We will send parts where required on request to assist our engineers in completing a first time fix.

Full technical assistance is also available on request

I would very much like feedback from guys in the field to ensure that we can provide the best service possible.

    Regards

    Jason Bartley

    Odd.

Maybe they’re too busy running about fixing dryers. 😉

Ice makers are great. Simple and mechanical and haven’t changed for some time. You only need a few spares and you can talk about servicing it as well.

Commercial washers have undergone changes so I am yet to see enough to advise.
