Error code E10 means a filling time-out. It is taking too long to fill with water. If it fails to drain then that is error code E20 and you need to check the drain filter first.

Ok so I did some testing as I thought it was a draining problem.
1. Took out the draining hose and made sure its not blocked.
2. Put it back to the machine and the other end in the sync.
3. Started the rinse program
4. It pushed out water nicely for a min, then started building up water, and after a couple of mins stopped and gave E10.
5. I turned it off and on again, started the rinse program.
6. It pushed out all the water it accumulated last time, and worked fine.Today morning when the problem originally happened, it kept gathering water till the door sstarted dripping. Because it stopped workimg and showed E10. Then when we opened the door ofcourse the bathroom was flooded
What shall I try next?

Update:
Just did the same test again but with the draini g hose fully contected.
first run it pushes out some water, then keeps fillimg till the water is approx half way up. Then gives E10.
Start second run, it drains some water till its only 1/3 filled then starts. But this time it co tinued to fill up. I stopped it when it was 3/4 full.
– is it supposed to fill more than 3/4 of the trunk?
– how come the door is dripping! Regardless of its a drainimg or filling problem!I want to at least pin point if the problem is with the mashine or with the water installation to know who to call 😀

As to who to call, i’d advise an engineer perhaps :lesson:
e10 means the appliance hasn’t detected water level reaching required level

Yes indeed the water level control has failed often as a result of a blockage in the water level air chamber. Needs checking and cleaning first off.

I took the lid off, found that the tube for the pressure switch is not mounted.
Blowed in it a couple of times, then connected it to the switch.
Now its working fine.. lets see if it keeps like thatNovember 14, 2017 at 9:06 pm #451723Seamy
