    It is running. the compressor is hot, the fans in the base and in the freezer compartment are running, the fuse on the main board is intact, the defrost heater element is not open circuit, the cooling pipes in the freezer are not frosted up. But it is not cooling enough, freezer temperature is -10C and fridge 5C.
    Any ideas?

    I have now got an error code for “Cycle: defective”
    Anyone know what this means and how to fix it?

    If it’s the compressor as I expect you can’t, not without gear to regass it and the skillset obviously.

    To get that done, best part of £200 at least.
