I have a problem with my White Knight Tumble Dryer Model No CL382. The dryer appears too be running a lot cooler than it should be. Is there a dual element fitted to these models, perhaps one of the elements is open circuit? Or any other advice what could be causing this problem would be very much appreciated?

yes dual element so one may have failed
