Hi. My problem is with a washer/dryer, but it concerns the drying function, I’ve opted to post it here. Apologies if I should of posted in the washing machine area.

Anyway, a problem we have had for sometime is that whenever we select a wash and dry program, it washes fine, and I’m pretty sure it tries to dry (I have see the clothes being blown slightly, however something goes wrong at the end and the clothes come out soaking. It’s not as though they come out damp, they are completely saturated, far wetter than they where after a wash cycle.
I contacted beko, and an engineer was sent out, but they could not find any fault. I contacted them again, and was told that for them to send out the engineer again, I would be charged £50 if they failed to find anything a second time. I was reluctant to do this as if the clothes come out of a drying cycle wetter than when it started, there is 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} a fault, and had lost a bit of confidence in them returning, and locating the fault. It is now 14 months old, and out of warranty.
Sorry for the long post. Anyway, do any of you fine people have any suggestions as to what it could possibly be?
I’m quite willing to have a go at fixing it myself if somebody could please point me in the right direction.
