    Our Hotpoint FF65 red light (high temperature) comes on, open the fridge door and close it, the light goes off. The temperature in the fridge and freezer seems to be OK.

    Any ideas?

    It sounds like the fridge door has dropped a bit and isn’t always hitting the fan switch, a fairly common occurance on these, especially after someone decided to invent 4 pint milk cartons 😉
