Not been to this yet but customer says it keep saying check water has this model got an impellor jug fitted or would there be a reed switch as i suspect one of these would be causing the problem

no that one has the reed switch built in to the air break. Could be lots of issues though, most likely water in base.

so not staight forward job then,water in base would that throw this fault if it is water in base could that be from metering tank or has this machine got one of those crap plastic bases that wharp
