    Not been out to this yet, customer on phone complaining of poor rinsing. Asked him to check pump filter but he says he can’t find one.

    Just had a look at the diagrams and it clearly shows a pump filter, is it user accessible?

    looking at owners manual does not mention filter and putting model into Qualtex does bring up pmp228 which uses the gravity trap in the hose

    but also lists a filter could be some are some aren’t

    Rear pump on the built in washer like older models yes it’s got to come out to check change pump Kai
