I have purchased a din28r22. Integrated dishwasher fitted 3 weeks ago, my fitter couldn’t work out why door wouldn’t latch closed he said it was level advised to try it a couple times but to ring Beko if still wouldn’t close. Beko repair man came out I explained the problem and that I had noticed it closed better ( but not fully latched) when top basket was in lowest position but wouldn’t close when in highest position. He didn’t think anything wrong with baskets said it might be faulty latch and would order one (still waiting) I asked if I should still use it and he assured me yes. I have now noticed a dent on inside door about 1 to 11/2 inch down in the middle of the door please can any one advise I’m worried sick now in case I shouldn’t have been using it

No it’s higher up more in line with the catch that sticks out

    try posting a picture

but in my experience a lot of no close problems lie with levelling the feet. if one foot is higher than the other even by a small amount it will twist the whole frame so the latch is off centre and wont close

Hi found out problem there’s a dent far right hand corner which is stopping basket going in. Fitter said he didn’t see it prior installation. They are replacing it with a new dishwasher but I am wondering could my fitter have caused this damage. Or should I believe that it wasn’t seen.
