    Hi going to a LG FD1480RD not drying she thinks its the internal lint filter as it happened under guarantee can any one tell me the location of this filter please.

    other than the obvious culprits heater and fan it will be a blocked condenser, remove, clean and reinstall.

    On this model is the condenser removed from the back?
    she has told me it is in a cupboard under the stairs not a good place.

    You need both top and rear access to remove the condenser.
