I would appreciate some help with a Beko DW601 dishwasher that is not filling. It is a five year old dishwasher and at the weekend it stopped working. When I switch it on it is running through the drain cycle and then seems to get stuck. The motor makes noise, but the dishwasher does not fill or begin its cycle.
I have manually filled it with water and it is pumping out. I have tested the water supply. The water supply is good and there is water getting to the valve. I then changed out the incoming solenoid valve, but it is still not working.
I have run the Dishwasher functional test and it returned the “No incoming water detected or fill timeout” error.
I would appreciate any advice on the where you think the fault could be or what my next troubleshooting steps are.
    Thanks

Likely the wires from water counter are broken in loom at bottom of door, they are the fine wires.

    Hi Seamy
Thanks very much for your reply. That definitely sounds like something that could cause the issue.
How would I identify the wires to the water counter?
What does the water counter look like?
