    Can anybody assist.
Above model is dead.Voltage to and through on/off switch, and up to module.
Changed module, but no change! I have checked for broken wires etc but cannot sort. I know you can get this scenario on Electrolux group washer dryers if dry heater goes to earth, but again this is okay.Is there a known fault for this?
    Any help appreciated.

you say you have voltage to the on off switch but the unit wont work unless you have a neutral as well
if all wires are live you have lost the neutral

even though the switch is single pole the board will need a neutral to be able to power up.
you need to check the board is getting both

Yes it is Dave, 230 volts to the board, which is why I thought it must have been the board, but still same on replacing.

    your not with me

for a circuit to work it need both a 230volt supply and a 0volt neutral. if you lose the neutral you will still have 230 volts at the board but it wont work
