Our 14 year old Bosch has decided it will not fill.

I have turned it upside down and there is a small leak somewhere as the inside of the base was damp and rusting. There would not be enough water to raise what I take to be a sump flood float switch.

Where exactly is this float switch I read about ?

    Any advice gratefully received.

    Regards

    Hi
I would imagine the metering hose (from r/h tank to sump) is gunged up.
You can remove it but personally I would change it as a more permanent cure. You will also need to reset the aquastop unit after this to take it out of antiflood lock out. Metering hose p/no 118994 @ £6.45 + P+P and Vat

    regards

NB – Always disconnect appliance from mains before any investigation of fault :plug:
