5 Year Parts Warranty Recinded

I was told yesterday by AIS that the 5yr parts warranty has been recinded on Bernstein products.

If the appliance was purchased prior to 16th January 2004 then the spares will not be provided to the customer FOC, or us.

We have been advised to give the customers the phone number for Price Waterhouse should they have any query or compliant, it is 0113 289 4000.

I’m sure that should lead to some interesting situations and conversations. 🙄
