Connect out of stock, qualtex unlisted, Miele direct out until mid-jan, rung most of the service centres and theyre all out of stock.

was very desperate, and managed to source one, incidentally, from another retailer, for less than connects trade price without VAT. We usually have one in stock but it was used about a week earlier, and neither connect or qualtex had one in stock. gonna order replacement direct from miele from now on because even they are cheaper than connect…
