Neff 1564 single oven fault

Hi , has anybody had issues with their Neff single oven not selecting the correct programs? I turn he selector to either the light setting or circlo them but nothing happens. When I turn it further it selects random programs like grill or dough setting and does not work in the correct order. I have removed the selector switch and cleaned it but can’t see anything wrong? Has anybody else had this. I suspect it might be the pcb board but not sure. Any ideas?
