Miele hose leak

Hi, my Miele W562 has developed a leak from the soap dispenser hose where it joins the top of the drum. It only leaks when the machine is spinning and in conjunction with a leaking sump hose has set off the sensor in the bottom tray of the machine. I can see how to replace the sump hose but the top hose Part no.5706041 with 16 ribs is not clamped to the drum and is reluctant to come off. I do not want to damage anything before I get the replacement hose if necessary. Any advice would be appreciated.
