Whirlpool Aquastream washing machine,red water tap icon

Hi, We have a Whirlpool Aquastream washing machine, AWO/D AS 128 12NC 859293315000 After 6 minutes the machine stops and displays the red water tap icon as reported in the troubleshooting guide. I have replaced the pressure sensor, checked the tubing connecting it to the plastic pressure chamber, removed the chamber and cleaned this out. Resealing carefully on refitting. I have also checked the water inlet valves, filters and water pressure, cleaned the detergent drawer and all seems to be fine. Pressing the start button will restart the machine and it will continue through the cycle but may stop again and show the red water tap icon a number of times depending on the cycle selected. I can avoid the appearance of the red icon after 6 minutes by adding more water,(about 3 litres)through the detergent drawer at about 5 minutes after the start of the cycle. I’m not sure if this points to insufficient water being added at the start of the cycle and/or the pressure sensor being activated by the additional water added. At the start of the cycle water is added at a good pressure through the right hand compartment of the detergent drawer this then switches to adding water to the left hand compartment of the detergent drawer where water is slowly added, it looks like a volume of about 500ml There was a leak from the blue plastic chamber in the top right hand corner of the machine, when viewed from the back. This chamber has a hose going into it from the waste water pump and a second hose exiting to the waste drain pipe. The number on this part is 46197409962. I have repaired this with adhesive and tape and it appears to be watertight. I’m don’t think this is relevant but a replacement part would be useful if available. Any advice on what to try next?
