I have a Hoover fridge freezer it is approx three years old the problems i am having is
1, what setting should my fridge freezer be set at
2, I keep getting water on the floor of my fridge which then freezes i have to keep wiping it out everyday or else I get big lumps of ice that freeze the salad boxes and all the contents have to be thrown away
Has anyone else had this problem I have my fridge freezer set at number 3 should it be higher.
I have contacted Hoover and they said they could not help me but to ask on the forum can anyone help me please?

the water will be the created when the unit defrosts. There will be a drain hold where this water is supposed to go.
it will be blocked hopefully with mould or bits of food but maybe ice. clear this hole and all may be well

other members who know more about hoover fridges may be able to help if this fails but they would need a model number
