    Good Morning all. I have a Samsung w/machine which is vibrating excessively when spinning, not too bad on slow but rattles and vibrates quite violently during fast spins. This occurs in or out of it’s slot. I suspect a suspension leg is duff.( I had that on my old Hotpoint, which i kept going for 16 years) The questions are, can I get a manual for this model also where can I get spares. Of course, it mightn’t be what I suspect but any advice welcome.

    Previous post should read, 18 months old, not 18 monthscold. oops!!

    I should change both shockers. I have had to change a few in the past, I wish I had the brains to know why the are causing such a problem.
