    Hi Guys, customer says dryer is melting clothes. Is there anything with these dryers I should be aware of? ie sensor failure, cutout stat.

    Yes if they are putting in baby’s bibs or synthetic items this will definitely happen customer probably need educating on how to use,would not be a fault with the working of the dryer

    Hi Kaibart, do you mean bibs with plastic backing? Being used on cotton program instead of synthetics program?

    yes

    also check the usual condenser etc. we have all lost track of how many of these are half blocked
