My hoover condensing heat pump tumble dryer is not heating the clothes nor is it expelling water from the rubber tube into the door water collecting device. The water container cracked around the edge and I purchased a new one but no water is going in it. I have cleaned all filters and it’s not made any difference, what could be causing this?

this being a heatpump dryer drum temperatures tend to be lower than normal element dryers as this unit operates more like a dehumidifier
I take it no warning lights come on during the cyclewhen you cleaned it did you tilt the unit on its side for any reason and if you did was the unit left idle to settle for over 4 hours before it was tested or used ?
