I looked at the above machine as it was not taking fabric conditioner.
Neat fabric conditioner is left in the dispenser, it isn’t diluted and the dispenser siphon is clear.
I replaced the dispenser hopper as the original was blocked (if I clean them I find they block a lot quicker afterwards) but the machine still doesn’t take the fabric conditioner.
The inlet valve gives full pressure for the wash compartment and the rinse compartment, It appears both valves operate on final rinse which leads me to believe the new hopper is faulty.
Has anyone fitted one of these and found it doesn’t work?

Has to be if the incoming water pressure is good and the valves ok and both valves being energised at the same time on the last rinse.

    Thanks Johnyj,
I couldn’t see it being anything else but wondered if anyone else has come across a faulty dispenser hopper. I can only assume there’s a bit of debris inside the moulding, I pushed a cable tie through but it didn’t make any difference.

Just to update and close this thread.
I returned with the replacement hopper which still didn’t solve the problem.
The water pressure was good so the only thing left was the valve.
Replaced the valve and problem solved.
I can only assume one of the valve ports was releasing the water at a different rate which may have caused the converging jets to flow forward at a different angle and miss the fabric conditioner opening in the hopper.
