    Hi all
I have a fridge freezer issue I hope someone will know how to fix.
The fridge stays at 10 degrees C, and only drops to 5 degrees after defrosting.
It then stays at the correct temperature for 3 weeks then back up to 10 degrees.
The freezer is not showing any ice (only taking 20 minutes till completely defrost).

It is an integrated frost free model, Candy CFBC3050E/1K, which is not encased in a unit.

Hopefully someone knows what the issue is.
    Many thanks

    James

any ice build up in a frost free unit is behind the wall at the back of the freezer. It does sound like an ice build up problem which is not clearing during the defrost cycle.

I don’t know enough about your unit but a lot of self defrosting units use cold air from the freezer to cool the fridge. this air need an in channel normally controlled by a flap to control temperature but also a return air channel. If either of these channels block with ice or the flap freezes closed it will get too warm
