Changed the element on this a couple of months ago so doubt it’s failed that quick but getting same code again, do the thermostats go on these?

If the wash pump is noisy or worn then the heater may not have the sufficient flow through it and the thermal overload (on the heater itself) will go O/C. Made that mistake myself on a Hotpoint of this style and a Whirlpool with a similar heat / pump design a few years back. Always check the impellor for sideways movement before fitting the heater.
