I have a Prima 600 built in dishwasher which backs onto an exterior wall in my kitchen.
It has stopped working since the cold weather. When I switch it on the correct lights on the top of the door light up but as I close the door the lights go out?
The only indicator lights are on the top edge of the door that is not visible when the door is closed.
I have cleaned the filter and tried changing the cycle but its still not working. Is it possible that the outlet pipe could be frozen and that this is stopping it from working or is it likely to be another cause?
normally the pump is the first thing to run on a dishwasher. yes it can be unblocked but it will depend on who manufactures it on how this can be achieved
I am assuming you don’t hear any noise when you close the door.
if it has frozen then I would worry about your house insulation if the underside of your kitchen units is cold enough to freeze it and I would worry about you cold water house feed
how much am i looking at to get this fixed please?
You’re absolutely right – I hear nothing when the door closes. I live in an old house and the dishwasher is integrated?
Thanks
