    Hello,

    Recently moved into a flat that has this oven and i have been unable to find the user manual online, the landlord has no idea how to use it and the previous tenant is not reachable.
    I am at wit’s end trying to make it work but none of the settings actually heat it up except for the broiler.

    Please help!

    you will be lucky think Arrow was a B&Q own brand

    also cant see the markings on the panel to try to get an idea how to use. you could try posting some clear pictures of both knobs

    Here are the pictures.
    I’ve tried every position on the knobs, nothing works. The fan just blows cool air no matter how the temp knob is set.
    The “A” on the display is flashing and i wasn’t able to set the time either.

    that why

    you have a plus and minus button

    normally you push 2 buttons of the left 3 and then push plus and minus to set time

    just experiment, when the A goes it should work

    I have most of the manuals but would need the model number which will be on the door frame and also on top if you pill the cooker out slightly.
