    My 2 year old Whirlpool AWM 1400 doesn’t suck down the fabric conditioner. Any ideas?

    Try removing the drawer and clean the syphon tube for the softener, if it’s blocked or partially blocked, it will cause this 😉

    take the lid off and clean up the red directtional jet thingy on top of the soap draw lid..common for them too stick and then it doesnt spray water into the conditioner compartment
