Siemens washer e43

Siemens Wm14q360gb/01. Called to this one today with e43 showing. Carbons were well worn with copper retainer showing through on both of them. Slight gouge in commutator but have seen worse. No plates lifted.Had to do a reset procedure to get rid of code. Machine now completes a cycle without any kind of motor action ie no wash rotation or spin.Checked motor and seems good. Also no relay click for motor evident. I take it this is a board failure.No time to remove today but am going back.Customer added as I was leaving ” oh it tripped an mcb also”
