having searched many pages of error codes section, can not find any info on this machine
I am not aware of who’s label it is made by for JL
Error code showing E20
nearest I can get is Drain Pump prolems on google serch, but cant get this model number info in detail.
any help appreiciated
have yet to visit appliance

Most JL machines are Lux/Zanussi. If it is it will have a pnc or product number beginning with 914 on the rating plate.
Correct pnc would allow us to get the diagnostics routine if it is Lux/Zanussi.
