    Hi,
    We are trying to install a new module but it won’t accept the code on the label, which is 28. It will accept other codes but not the right one.
    Can anyone help?

    Am hitting brick walls with this one

    have dug around for about an hour with no luck

    manual of the unit does not give prog info was hoping it may give al number

    looked up model and 3 popped up

    12nc 859533865120 whirlpool
    12nc 859533865220 amana
    12nc 859533865320 maytag unit

    board part number comes as 12002509 but this seems to have been replaced by
    10503278

    some of the manuals give the prog codes but not this one

    manual does mention a tech data sheet pt no 67005119 on page 33 but I cant find it

    have pm’ed you the manual

    will keep thinking but thought I would report back so far

    If I remember you can use 21 should work ok

    Thanks Electrofix. Hopefully you will find a solution.
    In the meantime we will try Grendal’s suggestion and put in code 21 and see what happens.
