ParticipantThere is a smart feature on this machine which you can select for certain cycles, but it’s not applicable to the cycle I normally use. The cycle lasts 60 mins, but when it gets to around 14 mins to go, one of the smart feature lights comes on, and the time remaining switches to 54 mins. The only way I can get through a wash cycle (because if I leave it it continues to go back further in the cycle) is to stop the machine at 14 mins to go, and then select a rinse only cycle which includes a spin and pump out. I can only think, that despite this cycle not being included in the smart feature cycles, something is going on, maybe with one of the circuit boards, or the machine is reading a problem with temp, or water levels. No error codes appear, and the machine is just over one year old.
Any suggestions or advice would be appreciated.

long shot
is the machine syphoning the water out ?
if it coupled to a stand pipe the hose should only go in about 8 inches. if it pushed to the bottom it can drain the water when it shouldn’t . would have expected a code but worth a look

Dave, up until today the water was being pumped out although the amount coming out of the outside waste pipe was very slow. Anyway, today I tried another wash and half way through all the lights started to flash and code F05 came up, and I noticed that the machine still had water in it. Checked the code, and said could be pressure switch, pump problems or a blockage.
Shoved a cable up the outside waste pipe, and only a bit of gunge came out, however I switched the machine back on and set it to pump out and spin. Like Niagra Falls outside, haven’t seen it pump out like that for a while. Pump out and spin completed successfully, so hoping that was the problem. Do you think it’s worth getting machine out and checking the flexi hose for any more debris?
Thanks for your help.

flexi hose unlikely to be blocked.
I would check how far down the waste pipe it goesdave
